Planning rota and forum
- Forum : The forum is used for all the detailed service discussions, and is also currently used to store the EasyWorship schedules used in each service
- Current embrace rota : The rota shows the CURRENT details of the services, who is involved for each area, what the bible passage is, and song list. This view shows the current and future services
- Full embrace rota : The rota shows the OLD FULL details of the services, who is involved for each area, what the bible passage is, and song list. This view shows all the previous information
EasyWorship Resources
- Download EW 2007 : Version to be replaced by 2009 , but currently being evaluated

Service resources
- Scripture Union - Light * : External link out ot the scripture union resources used in the service planning - It would be useful to have a guide how to find resources, any volunteer ?
- ImageBank * : Church image sharing - well worth registering as they have some excellent resources
- Large embrace logo * : once the image loads, click the right mouse button, and choose 'Save As'
Use of images in presentations
All images that are displayed on web pages are deemed to be copywrite even if they don't show this. As such please make sure that any images that are used are sourced from websites that state the images are copywrie and free to use. Unfortunately this means that most images on getty are not able to be used - don't confuse 'royalty free' as non copywrite.
