It is always a sad time when someone you have known and loved dies. But the church is here to help at these sad times as well as at joyful ones. We are ready to be of service, offering the possibility of burial in the churchyard to those who lived in the village, a service in church before a cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium or by taking the whole service at the crematorium. A church service may be particularly helpful if you expect a lot of people at the funeral. We are able to seat up to 240 people in church.
